Exchanges and Returns
1. According to the law, you have a period of 14 days after receiving the product to revoke your agreement with Underpolo, without giving any reason.
2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to revoke the agreement by sending us a statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or e-mail). You can use our model form for revocation. It is also possible to revoke the agreement partially. To meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the revocation period expires.
3. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery.
4. After termination of the agreement, you must return the product as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after receiving all products in your order, to the address of Underpolo as stated on the shipping label you received via e-mail.
5. You can try out our products to the extent necessary to make a purchase, as you would in a real store. Please ensure that the tags are still attached and that the original packaging is undamaged when returning the product. For products that are incomplete, damaged, or washed, with the labels removed, or that show other signs of wear, Underpolo will have to deduct this reduction in value from the total amount refunded to you. Only Underpolo is entitled to determine the reduction in value.
6. Underpolo will refund the amount paid, including shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned product(s). In the case of a partial cancellation, we will only refund the cost of the returned product. We will refund you using the same payment method you used to make the original payment. For returns after the 14 days but within the 30 days, you will receive the amount paid minus the shipping costs.
7. Return costs within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany are €6.50 via the shipping label you receive from us. If you choose a different, more expensive option for returning than Underpolo’s standard delivery method, these additional costs will not be reimbursed.

Meld je retour of omruiling eenvoudig online aan. Vul je ordernummer in op het formulier hieronder, en wij begeleiden je stap voor stap. Je ordernummer vind je in de bevestigingsmail die je na je bestelling van ons hebt ontvangen — het begint met een #.
Voor zendingen vanuit Nederland, België, Duitsland, Verenigd Koninkrijk, Frankrijk, Oostenrijk, Zwitserland, Spanje, Italië en Denemarken kost de retourzending € 6,50 via het verzendlabel dat u van ons ontvangt. Als u kiest voor een andere, duurdere optie voor het retourneren dan de standaard leveringsmethode van Underpolo, worden deze extra kosten niet vergoed.

Om in aanmerking te komen voor volledige terugbetaling van het product, dient het artikel in originele staat te worden geretourneerd:
- Ongewassen, ongedragen en onbeschadigd
- Inclusief alle originele labels, tags en verpakking
- Vrij van gebruikssporen zoals geurtjes, vlekken of beschadigingen
Bij retourzendingen die niet aan deze voorwaarden voldoen, behouden wij ons het recht voor om een waardevermindering toe te passen of de retour te weigeren. In dat geval nemen we contact met je op.
