5. You can try out our products to the extent necessary to make a purchase, as you would in a real store. Please ensure that the tags are still attached and that the original packaging is undamaged when returning the product. For products that are incomplete, damaged, or washed, with the labels removed, or that show other signs of wear, Underpolo will have to deduct this reduction in value from the total amount refunded to you. 6. Underpolo will refund the amount paid, including shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned product(s). In the case of a partial cancellation, we will only refund the cost of the returned product. We will refund you using the same payment method you used to make the original payment.
